What? So this is one of those weird kitchen utensils that you don't know you need or want until you have it. And it's one of those devices that once you have it, you wonder what you ever did without it. It's also one of those tools that you see and you say "WHAT THE HECK IS THIS THING!?" and vow to ignore.



Do yourself a favor, if you cook with cast iron skillets, then just buy this. Seriously. It works, it works well and does exactly what it says.



It's easy to use and easy to clean. It also doesn't remove cooked in flavor.



Highly recommended.
