I have been using the same knives for thirty years, and my attempts to sharpen them has been ill fated. I decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did. The price is wonderful for the collection you receive (six knives with their matching sheaths). I've used every one, and they cut beautifully. They are very sharp. I posted a note on Facebook about the knives, and so far two of my friends have ordered them as well.



I placed the order and received them within a week. I'm thrilled with my purchase. Just one quick note, you have to hand wash these -- no dishwasher. Dishwasher would damage the non-stick coating.
