We host two large cook-outs a year where we cook several cases of Boston Butts and ribs. After they have smoked for awhile, the meat is wrapped with foil and left on the grill to continue cooking. Ordinary foil will not work for this as it will get tears and the meat will dry out. Extra heavy-duty aluminum foil is as indispencible at my house as duct tape and WD-40.
