I wanted this unit because I reasoned that a metal head would be sturdier and longer lasting than a plastic head.The picture clearly shows a metal head and the description also explicitly states it. I looked at multiple MOSA(mfg) reviews too which seemed ok. The unit I received however had a white plastic head. I contacted the seller and it took 5 days and 2 emails to get a response. They answered that they are not the ones who post the description and picture; "The white nozzle showing in the picture is actually a plastic head. " They offered to take it back. Frankly, I think they substituted a different unit because the one I have looks like the ones with the completely white plastic heads in other listings.There is also no name brand on the box or unit and it is completely generic ( that should have been disclosed). Because of the hassle of returning and the cost involved I decided to keep the unit. The unit itself seems ok and I just made a batch of whip cream and it worked fine. However, due to the false claims and long response time, next time I will purchase an ISI or some other brand and from a different seller. Five days for a response on a complaint from a seller is just too long even with the holidays.
