+ Big jar, lots of room.

+ Mouth is wide enough to allow a dishwasher to clean out the inside.

+ There's a rubbery seal that fits around the perimeter of the lid. Both the seal and the lid can be removed for cleaning.

+ The metal clasps provide very tight hold-down force, so liquids will stay inside.



- The metal must be removed before cleaning, as it is not stainless steel - it's plain zinc-plated carbon steel, so it will be able to rust in time.
