After reading all the positive reviews of this mug, I went ahead and ordered one.. First day using it, I thought something was off because I couldn't really tell when i tipped the mug enough for the HOT liquid to start flowing.. I found out real quick when I burned the hell out of my upper lip.. Horrible design unless I used the cup to pour the liquid into my mouth as opposed to taking a sip out of it.. I ended up giving the cup away and buying a Thermos insulated cup which is a thousand times better..
