Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?) These are nice-looking, substantial pans that have significantly reduced the time that I spend preparing each meal. Even my cleanup has become less stressful...I love that I can quickly heat a loaded store-bought tortilla and have it slide out of the pan looking homemade.
I now make light, airy pancakes that my kids devour. I am able to pour four pancakes at one time in the larger pan and can quickly cook them without using a drop of oil...I also fried an egg without using any added fat. These pans have transformed the way that I cook, making my life SO much easier.
In the past, I have avoided traditional non-stick pans due to health concerns regarding the coating. I chose these pans only when I discovered that they were made without harmful Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). It is wonderful to see that this option exists, allowing more people to enjoy the convenience of non-stick cooking.
I tested the durability of the inside non-stick coating by vigorously scraping a stainless steel fork along a section of the surface. The pans both passed this test without me leaving a single scratch.
